Letters, faxes, and packages received, delivered, picked up or shipped for guests of the hotel will be subject to handling charges. If scheduling is required, please contact hotel directly.

Prior arrangements must be made with the hotel if you are sending boxes directly. The receiving department reserves the right to refuse delivery of boxes to the hotel without prior approval. All materials shipped to the hotel must have the following information on the shipping label:
