Only 10 exhibitors will be invited to join this mission of creating an exclusive event that prioritizes meaningful engagement over volume. By limiting both attendees and exhibitors, NRVE ensures ample time for networking, relationship-building, and educating potential buyers in a setting designed for genuine connection.

Shipping

Letters, faxes, and packages received, delivered, picked up or shipped for guests of the hotel will be subject to handling charges. If scheduling is required, please contact hotel directly.

Prior arrangements must be made with the hotel if you are sending boxes directly. The receiving department reserves the right to refuse delivery of boxes to the hotel without prior approval. All materials shipped to the hotel must have the following information on the shipping label:

Please plan for your boxes to be delivered to the hotel no more than three business days in advance of your function. All packages received for the group (individual attendees/ vendors) will be subject to the following shipping/handling charges:

Event Technology Pricing

An extension cord and power strip for $25 per day, per booth plus labor, service charge, and tax.  

If the sponsors need multiple dedicated circuits, we will need to provide a power drop and run extension cables to the booth, which would be $125 per day, per booth.
