  • Dr Alexandrov completed his fellowship training in stroke and cerebrovascular ultrasound at the University of Toronto and at the University of Texas. 

    He published 338 original papers, 3 textbooks, 16 case reports, 167 review articles, editorials, invited publications, and book chapters & over 350 abstracts presented at major scientific meetings and published in refereed journals. Current h-index 88. 

    Dr Alexandrov has trained 61 fellows in stroke and cerebrovascular ultrasound. He served as Director of the Neurosonology Examination (1998-2018) and President of the American Society of Neuroimaging (2019-2021), Board member of the Intersocietal Accreditation Commission (IAC-Vascular, 2006-20, IAC-CT 2023-26), Editor-in-Chief, Journal of Neuroimaging (2026-). 

    As Semmes Murphey Professor and Chair of the University of Tennessee Health Science Center Neurology Department (2013-2023), he directed Mobile Stroke Unit with state-of-the-art CT performing head and neck CTA and accredited by IAC as CT laboratory and created Memphis city-wide Stroke Team that achieved and sustained the highest per capita treatment rates with tPA and mechanical thrombectomy in the world in 2015-2022. In 2023, he became the inaugural Chair of the Department of Neurology, University of Arizona College of Medicine - Phoenix. 

  • Dr. Muhammad "Mud" Alvi is a board-certified neurologist and vascular neurologist, Professor of Neurology, and Director of a Comprehensive Stroke Center at a large academic health system. His work sits at the intersection of clinical care, academic medicine, and health system innovation. Dr. Alvi’s research focuses on cerebrovascular disease, particularly hypoperfusion in cerebral small vessel disease and ischemic stroke. He has participated in numerous national stroke clinical trials and serves as a principal investigator within the national StrokeNet research network. He is also deeply committed to education and faculty development, serving as Vice Chair for Faculty Affairs and mentoring trainees and junior faculty while fostering an inclusive academic environment. 

    In his clinical and leadership roles, Dr. Alvi focuses on building high-performing stroke systems of care and implementing technology solutions that improve both provider workflows and patient outcomes. He has led large-scale initiatives to integrate advanced imaging, artificial intelligence, and digital tools into stroke care across a multi-hospital health system. His work emphasizes designing technology deployments with frontline clinicians and end users in mind, ensuring that innovation translates into practical improvements in efficiency, decision-making, and quality of care. Through these efforts, Dr. Alvi aims to advance scalable, technology-enabled solutions that strengthen stroke care delivery across complex health systems. 

  • Ganesh Asaithambi, MD, MBA, MS, FAAN, FAHA, is the System Medical Director for Stroke and Hospital Neurology at Allina Health’s Brain & Spine Institute as well as the Market Physician Executive for Allina Health's Regional Hospitals and EMS. Triple board-certified in Neurology, Vascular Neurology, and Neurocritical Care, he leads system-wide initiatives focused on advancing stroke systems of care, operational excellence, and equitable access to neurologic services. In his enterprise leadership role, Dr. Asaithambi oversees regional clinical operations, partnering closely with executive, clinical, and administrative leaders to advance high-reliability performance and measurable quality outcomes. His work bridges bedside innovation with boardroom strategy, aligning data-driven quality improvement, workforce engagement, and system transformation. An innovator of care delivery models, he has led system‑level initiatives to design and scale integrated neurosciences programs that improve quality, expand access, and create seamless patient and caregiver experiences.   • Dr. Tarun Bhalla is a Professor of Neurosurgery, Neurology, and Imaging Sciences at UR Medicine, where he serves as the Vice Chair of Regional Neurosurgery and Chief of the Division of Stroke & Cerebrovascular Neurosurgery. In addition, he is the Director of the Mobile Stroke Unit Program and oversees the CAST/CNS Endovascular Surgery Fellowship. Dr. Bhalla joined UR Medicine in 2016. He came to URMC from Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, PA, where he served as Director of Cerebrovascular and Endovascular Neurosurgery. With over 20 years of experience in cerebrovascular and endovascular neurosurgery, Dr. Bhalla has extensive expertise in the treatment of complex stroke and cerebrovascular conditions. His specialties include cerebrovascular and endovascular treatment for stroke, aneurysms, arteriovenous malformations (AVM), carotid and vertebral artery disease, trigeminal neuralgia and spinal. In his role as Vice Chair of Regional Neurosurgery, Dr. Bhalla works closely with regional partners to expand access to advanced neurosurgical and stroke care. He leads efforts to standardize high-quality, evidence-based care, strengthen collaboration between academic and community hospitals, including those that serve rural communities, and ensure timely access to specialized cerebrovascular services for patients across the region. He is committed to improving health outcomes in rural communities by addressing barriers to care and supporting rural hospitals in delivering timely, high-quality neurosurgical and stroke services. Dr. Bhalla built the UR Medicine Mobile Stroke Unit program from the ground up, bringing state-of-the-art, time-critical stroke care directly to patients in the community. His work focuses on improving patient outcomes, expanding access to high-quality stroke care, and continuously innovating care delivery models. Dr. Bhalla is board certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgeons and holds CNS Endovascular Surgery Certification. He is deeply committed to education and mentorship and plays an active role in training the next generation of residents and fellows in the cerebrovascular and endovascular space. He is also actively engaged in research and quality improvement initiatives, continually seeking new ways to enhance patient care and outcomes. 

  • Craig Brubaker, Vice President Advent Health, Orlando FL.  Craig has been the leader of the Neuroscience Institute since 2018 and with Advent Health for 26 years. He received Bachelors (’95) and Masters (’97) degrees from University of Delaware and PhD from the University of Central Florida in 2002. Since 2019, the Advent Health Neurology and Neurosurgery Program has been ranked in the top 50 (currently #21) in US News and World Report.  He has passion for the importance early access and quality of care for patients choosing Advent Health, and enjoys serving on various boards such as the Walk to End Alzheimer’s in Central Florida.   

  • I am a critical care physician with a passion for promoting Telehealth as a modality for healthcare delivery.

    Dr. Saurabh Chandra is a nationally recognized telehealth physician executive and clinical innovator whose career has been defined by building and scaling virtual care programs that extend specialty access to patients across geographies. He currently serves as Chief Telehealth Officer at the University of Mississippi Medical Center (UMMC) and as Project Director of the Telehealth Center of Excellence — roles he has held since 2020 — where he leads enterprise-wide telehealth strategy, clinical implementation, and workforce development initiatives. He also holds an appointment as Associate Professor in the Department of Medicine at UMMC.

    Prior to joining UMMC, Dr. Chandra served as Medical Director of TeleICU/TeleHealth at Northwell Health from 2014 to 020, where he oversaw the clinical implementation of all Tele-ICU programs. Under his leadership, the program expanded from monitoring 40 beds to more than 170 beds in the critical care space — one of the most significant telehealth scale-ups in the Northeast.

    Dr. Chandra earned his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Allahabad. He brings deep expertise in cross-functional team leadership, clinical research, and the strategic deployment of telehealth technology to improve patient outcomes at scale.

  • Dr. Marie Collier is a board-certified neurologist and epileptologist with additional training in integrative medicine and palliative care. She currently practices as a neurohospitalist with Sevaro Health, providing tele-neurology services to hospitals across the United States and caring for patients with acute and complex neurological conditions. 

    Dr. Collier previously served as Medical Director of the Epilepsy Program at St. Mary’s Hospital in Grand Junction, Colorado, where she spent seven years developing the first comprehensive epilepsy program on the Western Slope. Under her leadership, the program achieved Level 3 certification by the National Association of Epilepsy Centers and expanded access to advanced epilepsy care for patients in rural communities. 

    She earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and completed her neurology residency and clinical neurophysiology fellowship with a focus on epilepsy at the University of Utah. She later became the first board-certified epileptologist in the state of Montana. 

    Dr. Collier also completed fellowship training in integrative medicine through the Academy of Integrative Health and Medicine and holds a Master of Science in Palliative Care from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. Her clinical interests include neuropalliative care, epilepsy, and whole-person approaches to neurological illness. 

  • Martin Entwistle has a diverse work experience spanning from 1993 to 2019. Martin served as the Associate Chief Medical Officer and VP Population Health & Ancillary Services at Marshall Medical Center from January 2019 onwards. Before that, they were the Founder and CEO of Ares Health Systems from March 2017. Martin was a Board Member and Past Chair at HL7 NZ from 2007 to November 2020. From December 2014 to March 2017, they worked as the Executive Director Personal Healthcare Programs at Sutter Health, where they were responsible for building and deploying system of care solutions and utilizing patient generated health data (PGHD) to support chronic care management. From August 2010 to December 2014, they served as the Executive Director Center for Health Systems Innovation at Sutter Health / Palo Alto Medical Foundation, leading the establishment and development of a department of innovation. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director Personal Healthcare Programs at Palo Alto Medical Foundation from November 2008 to August 2010. Martin has also held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Enigma CKM Inc from March 1996 to September 2008, where they implemented advanced electronic clinical decision support solutions for health management programs. Furthermore, they worked as the Group Marketing Director at Adis International from January 1993 to August 1994.Martin Entwistle completed their education with the following degrees: an MBA from Cranfield School of Management in 1988, an FRCSEd in Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 1986, and an MB, ChB in Medicine from the University of Birmingham from 1973 to 1979.

  • Jordan Frazzetta is the Director of the Neurosciences Service Line at the University of Chicago Medicine, an academic health system in Chicago, Illinois. She provides strategic and operational leadership across neurology, neurosurgery, neuro-oncology, neuro-infusion, and sleep medicine within the ambulatory enterprise. Jordan oversees the Comprehensive Stroke Program and partners closely with physician and executive leaders to advance quality, access, growth, and performance across the neurosciences continuum of care. Her work includes strategic planning and integration of care across the service line. 

    Prior to her current role, Jordan served as Assistant Director and Practice Manager for Neurosciences, where she led ambulatory operations and supported new program development and access optimization efforts. 

    Jordan serves as a Director-At-Large on the NERVES Board and is an active member of the Membership Committee, where she supports mentorship programming, professional development, and engagement within the neurosurgery administrative community. 

    Jordan holds a Master of Science in Health Systems Management from Rush University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Systems Management from Loyola University Chicago. 

  • Dr George Harston is a Consultant Physician in Stroke and Internal Medicine at Oxford University Hospitals and Chief Medical & Innovation Officer at Brainomix. He is a clinical academic and MedTech industry leader with a substantial track record in developing, validating, and deploying AI imaging software across stroke, interstitial lung disease (ILD), and oncology. He led the largest-ever prospective evaluation of stroke imaging AI through the NHS AI in Health and Care Award and has secured and delivered £2.6M in public grant funding. His work has driven widespread clinical adoption of AI imaging technologies and informed national stroke guidelines. 

      

    At Brainomix, he leads translational medicine, product management, medical affairs, and the Life Sciences business unit, growing pharma research revenues by over 200% annually and achieving multiple international regulatory clearances. He also established and oversees a US-based expert imaging core lab supporting academic and industry clinical trials. 

      

    Dr Harston maintains an active research and teaching portfolio, supervises doctoral and postgraduate trainees, and has published extensively, including as senior and corresponding author on multiple major international studies. He serves on the Editorial Board of Neuroimage: Stroke and the Board of Directors (and Chair) of the Open Source Imaging Consortium for ILD.

  • Dr. Robby Hendry is a board-certified neurologist with subspecialty certification in neurocritical care. He has practiced as a neurointensivist at Mission Hospital in Asheville, North Carolina since 2016, where he has served as medical director of the Neurotrauma Intensive Care Unit and helped shepherd its transformation into a dedicated Neurosciences Intensive Care Unit. Dr. Hendry also practices as a telestroke neurologist with Sentara Health since 2019, and joined Sevaro as a teleneurohospitalist in 2025. 

     

    Dr. Hendry completed medical school at the Medical University of South Carolina, internal medicine internship and neurology residency at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, and neurocritical care fellowship at Duke University Medical Center. He earned a master's degree in biomedical science with a neuroscience focus at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine, where his research focus was modulation of synaptic plasticity and neurotrophic factor expression. His clinical research interests and publications have involved acute ischemic stroke, intracerebral hemorrhage, and brain death. He is passionate about supporting the most severely ill neurologic patients and their families through uncertain and frightening situations, and guiding them to their best outcomes.  

  • Michelle brings more than 40 years of clinical and professional healthcare experience to her role at Corazon, with deep expertise across Cardiovascular and Neuroscience service lines. A registered nurse in Florida, she spent two decades in Nursing Leadership and most recently served as a Chief Nursing Officer, where she led initiatives in quality management, shared governance, employee engagement, and fiscal stewardship through supply value analysis. 

    For the past six years, Michelle has applied this extensive background to her work as a healthcare consultant, guiding organizations through strategic planning, operational assessments, and the development of new clinical programs.   • Dr. Kass-Hout received his medical doctorate at Damascus University School of medicine in 2006 after which he completed his neurology residency training at the Jacob Neurological Institute at the University at Buffalo. Following completion of his residency, he completed a vascular neurology fellowship at Emory University, a Neuro-Critical care fellowship at the University of Miami, and an Endovascular Neurosurgery fellowship at Rutgers University. Following training and working on the east coast, Dr. Kass-Hout joined Rush University Medical Center where he served as an assistant professor of neurology, neurosurgery and radiology.

     

    He is a board certified Neurologist, Vascular Neurologist, and Neurointerventionalist specializing in minimally invasive treatments of vascular disease of the brain and spinal cord. Dr. Kass-Hout has many publications in peer-reviewed journals and book chapters. His research interests include ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke, cerebral aneurysm treatment, and advanced neuroimaging. Kass-Hout's clinical practice will focus on cerebral aneurysms, arteriovenous malformations and fistulas of the brain and spine, intracranial atherosclerosis, carotid artery disease, acute stroke thrombectomy, pseudotumor cerebri, subarachnoid hemorrhage, and preoperative tumor embolization of the brain and spine. 

  • Bob Miglani is the Founder & CEO of Hoot Health, an AI-powered platform that designs and launches patient education journeys for complex therapies — helping patients start and stay on treatment. 

    Bob spent 23 years as an executive at Pfizer, holding roles across sales, marketing, pricing, market access, communications, patient access, and medical affairs. He is also a bestselling author of three books, most notably the Washington Post bestseller Embrace the Chaos, in which he writes and speaks about moving forward in times of uncertainty and change. He left Pfizer in 2016 to become a keynote speaker, thought leader, and advisor to CEOs.

  • Dr. Jennifer Pary is an Iowa native who grew up in a rural community where limited access to specialty care shaped her early understanding of healthcare needs. While she initially planned to become a teacher, her work with the volunteer ambulance service in Mt. Vernon, Iowa, inspired her to pursue medicine. She went on to become the fourth generation in her family to obtain an advanced degree at the University of Iowa. 

     

    During her neurology rotation, with t-PA newly approved, she witnessed her patient’s symptoms resolve within minutes—an experience that led her to a career in vascular neurology. She completed her fellowship at the University of Texas–Houston, where strong mentorship and training in transcranial Doppler and carotid duplex reinforced her commitment to improving stroke care in underserved communities. Also, she coauthored a book on stroke care during her fellowship. 

     

    Dr. Pary practices outpatient vascular neurology in Spokane, Washington, with a focus on stroke prevention. She is honored to be a member of the Sevaro Advisory Board for the Child Health Literacy Department. She has received multiple teaching awards and held several leadership roles, including serving on the Board of the Washington Permanente Medical Group. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her two sons, water sports, live music, and watching sports.

  • Dr. David Z Rose, M.D. is a Professor of Vascular (Stroke) Neurology at the University of South Florida (USF) College of Medicine and Co-Medical Director of the Neuro-Cardiac Program at Tampa General Hospital. He completed an Internal Medicine internship and residency at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio, Neurology residency at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital, and Stroke Fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania.

  • Chethan Sathya, MD, MSc is a pediatric surgeon, public health leader, and physician executive working at the intersection of healthcare delivery, public health, and technology to tackle some of the most complex challenges in medicine. He serves as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Northwell Health and Chief Physician Executive at Sevaro Health.

    His work focuses on building coalitions and implementing real world solutions to issues such as gun violence, access to care, and affordability. He is the founder of Northwell’s Center for Gun Violence Prevention and has led national efforts including a learning collaborative of more than 600 health systems and partnerships with the White House and state leaders to scale public health interventions.   • Karen B. Seagraves, PhD, MPH, NEA-BC, APRN, FAHA has been serving as an advisor, consultant and key opinion leader in Healthcare AI and Neuroscience. Long term engagements have included startups in radiology and intelligent care coordination, Natural Language Processing (NLP) and patient identification, fintech, BCI and SaaS. In April 2025, Karen moved into a full-time role with Ceribell, AI- Powered Point-of-Care EEG, specializing in Market Access and Reimbursement. Karen is the former Enterprise Vice President of Neurosciences for Atrium Health based in Charlotte, NC, and was the Executive Director of the Marcus Stroke and Neuroscience Center of the Grady Health System in Atlanta, GA. She is a frequent speaker and panelist at nursing, medical and AI in Healthcare conferences. Additionally, Karen was a 16-year stroke program reviewer for The Joint Commission. 

  • Tarun Sheshraj is a seasoned sales leader with extensive experience in the healyhcare an financial sectors. he currently heads the strategic healthcare and financial services vertical sales at T-Mobile for business where he helps clients leverage the power of 5G technology to transform their operations and customer experience.

    Before joining T-Mobile, Tarun spent nearly two decades at Vodafone, working in their global enterprise division across multiple geographies and sales roles.   • Dr. Neeraj Singh is a teleneurologist with Sevaro Health and an Assistant Professor of Neurology with Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell University. As a trained epileptologist, he works as the Director of the Electroencephalography (EEG) Laboratory at Long Island Jewish Forest Hills Hospital. As a member of the American Academy of Neurology, American Epilepsy Society, and Medical Society of the County of Queens, Dr. Singh engages in clinical research and advocacy for improved medical research funding and patient access to healthcare. 

  • Dr. Shailendra Singh is an interventional cardiologist at Lehigh Valley Heart and Vascular Institute, part of Jefferson Health, where he serves in leadership roles within the cardiac catheterization laboratory and acute coronary syndrome programs. His clinical practice focuses on complex coronary, peripheral vascular, and structural heart interventions, with particular interest in advanced imaging, physiology-guided revascularization, and innovative treatment strategies for high-risk patients.

  • Over 15 years of experience as a Stroke Subject Matter Expert, I am happy to guide and support many stroke coordinators across the country. As a Neurosciences Nurse Practitioner and Stroke Program Manager at St. Joseph's Health, I have over 6 years of experience in clinical management and quality improvement for both Primary and Comprehensive Stroke Centers. I am responsible for ensuring compliance with CSC accreditation standards and overseeing more than 20 quality metrics. I also guide more than 6 clinical departments on patient management and leverage AI for LVO alert. In addition to my role at St. Joseph's Health, I am an advisor for the NJ DOH Stroke Care Advisory Panel, SATHI (South Asian Total Health Initiatives) and an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) as a State Liaison for New Jersey. I advocate for nurse practitioners' rights and interests, share AANP platform to promote professional development and networking, and share information about AANP events and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills in the field. I am passionate about advancing the field of nursing and improving patient outcomes through education, advocacy, and innovation. I advocate for nurse practitioners' rights and interests, share AANP platform to promote professional development and networking, and share information about AANP events and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills in the field. I am passionate about advancing the field of nursing and improving patient outcomes through education, advocacy, and innovation.   • Dr. Joshua Tamayo-Sarver, MD, PhD, FACEP, FAMIA, successfully develops and deploys technology solutions in the healthcare ecosystem as a clinician, healthcare business leader, software engineer, statistician, and researcher. As the Vice President of Innovation at Inflect Health and Vituity, his unique formula of skills helped develop over 35 solutions and scale multiple new healthcare products, including the first AI sepsis tool with FDA breakthrough designation. Dr. Tamayo-Sarver oversees corporate venture, internal incubation, and advisory for AI-driven healthcare solutions, blending consumerism and clinical quality to fit the delicate balance of patient desire, user experience and quality medical care. Dr. Tamayo-Sarver’s lifelong research interest has focused on the intersection of healthcare decision-making and race and ethnicity. In addition to regular medical missions to El Salvador, he regularly serves patients at Vituity street medicine clinics. Dr. Tamayo-Sarver’s experience as a practicing emergency physician, currently at Good Samaritan Hospital in San Jose, California, contributes to his healthcare product development and research. He holds five U.S. patents for novel health technologies and has contributed to over 20 peer-reviewed publications, as well as a book chapter for Advanced Health Technology (2023, Productivity Press). A Harvard graduate, Dr. Tamayo-Sarver holds degrees in biochemistry, epidemiology, and biostatistics, as well as a medical degree from Case Western Reserve University. He completed his residency at Harbor-UCLA and is board certified in Emergency Medicine and Clinical Informatics. He and his family live in Los Gatos, California.

    Committed to long-term growth beyond football, Wagner recently earned his MBA from Howard University while still actively playing in the NFL, choosing a full MBA program to deepen his understanding of business, leadership, and investing. He is a co-founder and operating partner at FUSE Venture Capital, a Seattle-based firm investing in early-stage technology companies, and has invested in leading funds including Jay-Z’s Marcy Venture Partners and Andreessen Horowitz’s Cultural Leadership Fund, which focuses on empowering Black investors and advancing underrepresented technologists. Wagner is also a franchise owner of a Crumbl Cookies location in Renton and became the first active NFL player to invest in a WNBA team through his ownership stake in the Seattle Storm.

    Philanthropy remains central to Wagner’s impact. He is deeply committed to stroke education and patient advocacy, partnering with the American Heart & Stroke Association and establishing the Phenia Mae Fund in collaboration with Virginia Mason Franciscan Health, Cedars-Sinai, Kaiser Permanente, and Children’s National Hospital. Through the Phenia Mae Fund, Wagner has raised over $500,000 for stroke prevention and patient care. To spread awareness, he created FAST54, a comic book teaching families how to recognize the signs of a stroke and over 10,000 copies have already been distributed. He also founded the Tackle Everything Tech Tour, a program designed to expose students to career opportunities beyond sports and entertainment, particularly in technology and venture capital, while equipping them with practical skills that extend far beyond the classroom.
